Carry Bradshaw just lost her $485 Manolo shoe.

Just the fact that she bought that expensive shoe itself sent shiver through my spine.
One of my friends said the shoe was not that high a price at all…

Yes, and my whole set of golf gear was not that high a price at all, either.
(In fact, at about $600, my golf set is dirt cheap)

I would never really want to buy a $200 shoe, $100 pants,…
but I would definitely buy a really nice $100 dinner for me and my wife on an occasion.

And I am in no place to judge others who prefer buying the Manolo shoe, either.
