Casino trip?

So, I’m in veges…

My flight to New York got redirected to Las Vegas. First is renew, now Vegas?
I kept telling everybody that I had never have any luck in gambling.
How come I ended up in all this famous money stealing places?

12:35 AM is my boarding time.
After a few puffs of cigarette (which I tell myself I would quit after I step my foot in New York) in the slot machine room, I got a called from Goi. I told her that I was not really tired at all. It was fun actually, to be all over the places and not knowing when or where my next stop would be.

“NASA estimates you need one day for every time zone crossed to regain normal rhythm and energy levels.”

From Oakland to Reno to Salt lake city, I cross one time zone. Then, I flew back to Las Vegas, that was another one time zone crossed. It was actually back to the first time zone that this trip started. Do I need 2 full days to recover my energy?

I am finally on a plane to New York. 2:09AM Pacific time, I am dead tired. Almost everybody get to stretch their legs through entire 3 seats. The flight attendance announced earlier that this flight will be light, and we all have a privilege to lie down on those seats.

Great! I just hope I can sleep after 3 nights in row at 4AM. First two was from Karaoke and last night was just a routine from the first two nights.

Pit stop at Reno

I’m at the Reno airport waiting for the sky over Salt lake city to be clear.
My plane from Oakland had to make a pit stop at Reno because of the fog, we would not be able to land at the Salt lake airport.

It’s about 3PM at home in El Cerrito. I’m not sure what time it is here. My connecting flight from Salt lake to New York is at 4:45PM. I guest I am going to miss this flight. Well….

Reno airport has some interesting characteristic, though. There are quite a few Slot machine and game machines to kill time while you are waiting. Well, what do you expect? It’s in Reno.I have the urge to sit down on one of those machine, but in the back of my head, I know that I will definitely lose my money.

And hour later…

As I told you before, I lost my money on that Wheel of fortune machine…and on a few more things. $5 for the slot machine, $7 for hotdog and water, and another $2-$3 for the game machine.

4:16PM, I heard the call for my flight!!!!! yeah!!!! I thought I would have to wait here all night.
